The Stampede
The Stampede
The Stampede is a Boston based rock band formed in 2008. Starting
as a two-piece garage band, they established a devoted following due to their high-energy live performances that boasted a louder and heavier sound than should theoretically be possible from two people alone. Adding a bass player in 2011 allowed their style
to expand and shift from their garage/punk beginnings to a much broader sound, incorporating elements of blues, psychedelic, and dance rock. Their victory at the 2013 Rompetition pushed them even further, allowing them to enter the studio and record their
first self-titled release capturing the power of their live shows on a record. More recently, increasing their arsenal with a keyboard player and auxiliary percussion has allowed The Stampede to continue to grow as a visceral live act that has kept fans interested
in coming back time and time again for a proper rock n’ roll experience.

The Rupert Selection
The Rupert Selection
The Rupert Selection is the creation of Reilly Somach, Zak Brown and Peter Crofton: a trio of longtime high-school friends from Manchester-By-The-Sea, MA. What was initially intended as a fun side project in 2008, soon morphed into a serious endeavor as the band honed their skills with dozens of shows throughout 2010. Conspiritorium, their self-produced, debut album was released in early 2011. The band has since continued to write thoroughly innovative and original material and perform virtually non-stop throughout New England and, most recently, in venues in NYC, NJ, DE, and PA as their fanbase continues to grow. 2016 alone featured the release of their first official single and self-directed music video for “Funeral Party" with another for "Tree Hands" released later in the year, airplay on Boston radio, and more than 40 shows throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. So far, 2017 is shaping up to be the biggest year yet with the release of a new EP "Baseball Practice" in March that was recorded at The Bridge Sound and Stage in Cambridge, MA with producer/engineer Alex Allinson, finishing as a finalist in the historic Rock and Roll Rumble competition in April, sessions well underway for another EP and dates booked throughout New England and the North East. With their high energy performances and mind-bending blend of genres, The Rupert Selection are a power trio in every sense of the word and not to be missed.

Fire in The Field
Fire in The Field
Boston’s Fire in the Field immediately makes an impression with their furious style of heavy driving rock, pushing the boundaries of rock n’ roll with energy, depth and detail. Known for dangerous improv overlaid with poetry, the music is an honest attack on the soul played with a sense of urgency and unfettered passion. The band’s signature endorphin-releasing, guitar-driven sound has a bluesman’s swagger with a punk heart. Frontman Mike Moore channels Hendrix via Prince, both musically and in showmanship, exploring the limits of the guitar with true abandon. Leaving it all on the stage, Moore pushes the envelope, exploring a melting pot of influences, from psychedelic and blues to funk and R & B.

Based on the longtime musical partnership of Moore and bassist Jeff Badolato, Fire in the Field strikes a balance between Badolato’s minimalist style and Moore’s mad scientist approach to guitar playing. The live Fire in the Field experience itself is transfixing. Pulsing drums form the backdrop for Moore’s charged stage presence. Pulling dynamic improvisations out of his guitar at the edge of the stage, Moore spins surreal tales while constantly moving around and engaging with the audience.

With Boston’s music scene under their belt, including plays at The Middle East, The Paradise, and Brighton Music Hall, the band recently made the trek to play Austin for SXSW in 2017. Fire in the Field pushes their powerhouse sound even further with their upcoming album, War Bonnet, due out October 27th, 2017. The band has released three previous albums, including Fire in the Field (2009), Gypsy Tea Room (2014) and Look So Strange (2016). The new album gets back to the band’s trio roots with a heart-pumping rock n’ roll sound. Written, recorded and produced by the band, the album is a combination of new and old tunes, bringing the band full circle. A return to form, the album plays as if in the style of their crazy 19 year old selves, but with a mature edge and more to say. With dark themes and frenzied guitar-driven riffs, War Bonnet is Fire in the Field’s angriest album to date.
Radium Girls
Radium Girls
The original four members of Radium Girls got together at Ladies Rock Camp, a fundraiser for Girls Rock Campaign Boston, in April 2014. Radium Girls' DIY punk origins are celebrated by dirty space music crossing several genres such as psychedelic rock, doom, and garage.

The band name honors the factory workers, still glowing in their graves, whose fight while dying of radium poisoning in the 1920s established individual workers’ rights to sue their employers for labor abuse.
