ONCE Statement on COVID-19

Dear ONCE Friends,

First and foremost, we hope you are well and are managing to cope with the stress of the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, aka coronavirus. As a small, independent venue, we consider our guests, performers, and promoters like family. And in these trying times, our topmost priority is our family’s health and safety.

We had been weighing our ability to hold events under certain restrictions and with the many new systems we already had in place to minimize health risks. It is with a heavy heart that we have concluded the most responsible course of action is to temporarily close our business as of Sunday, March 15 until further notice. 

We did not arrive at this decision lightly. We know the significant consequences for our employees, performers, promoters, and guests, but there is nothing more important to us right now than everyone’s health and safety.

We will continue to vigilantly monitor COVID-19 developments and follow the recommended city, state, and federal guidelines as they are released. To keep up with the most up-to-date information yourself, we recommend these resources:

For the latest information from ONCE, including the status of shows, please stay tuned to our Facebook page. Refunds of ticket purchases for cancelled shows are in progress. Please allow up to 10 business days for those to process. 

We ask for your patience while we do our best to keep pace with this rapidly changing situation.
